Matt Batt, founder and principal of Pipeline has worked in both corporate and agency communications roles for more than 13 years. Frustrated with the lack of metrics and impact as a result of many "traditional" communications efforts (media relations, advertising), Batt developed the Communications Pipeline™ Process.
