Successfully launched newest product, Kohler's first integrated toilet called the Numi. The result of this launch including coverage in the top blogs including Mashable, Engadget, Huffington Post and Gizmodo and traditional features on The Tonight Show, Conan and Good Morning America. Following the launch, Pipeline integrated and analyzed metrics across PR, social media and website analytics to produce Kohler's first internal Scorecard to more accurately measure the impact and results of the Numi launch.
Examples of the results uncovered in this report included: direct correlations in media coverage to social conversations and website traffic, more than 600,000 online video
views of the Numi, more than 10,000 consumer reactions (comments, likes, tweets) and 300,000+ visits to the Numi microsite.
Advised the development of CTCA's first social media strategy including the collaboration of various departments including HR, legal, marketing, digital and PR. Created Twitter "action plan" and trained social media team on how to leverage based on overall social strategy.
The results of CTCA's social efforts and engagement are currently tied directly to the number of patients generated as a result. For CTCA this ROI has resulted in the continued growth and expansion of their social efforts in 2011 and beyond.
Worked closely with marketing and management to help collaborate and integrate redbox's social media strategy around their Redblog, Facebook Page and Twitter. This process included an in-depth competitive analysis, internal training and strategy development.
Pipeline has also been a strategic partner helping leverage their communications efforts around the launch of Redbox games and campaigns such as their 2010 Summer Redbox Roadtrip. Social engagement has helped Redbox expand to more than 27,000 locations and 1 billion movies rented with more than 3 million Facebook "Likes".
